Powering the 2020 Ford Ranger
Pushing 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque for the 2020 Ford Ranger is the 2.3-liter EcoBoost® with twin-scroll turbocharging technology. Its paired 10-speed automatic transmission makes for smooth and quick shifts. With the proper equipment, the pickup truck tows up to 7,500 pounds of trailer.
Use the eight-inch capacitive center-stack touchscreen or your voice to control the options of the available SYNC® 3 infotainment system. Through it, you can make calls and access text messages on your smartphone, get turn-by-turn directions from the Navigation system, and listen to commercial-free music from satellite radio.
The 2020 Ford Ranger offers three trim levels, starting with XL that includes a Rear View Camera and Trailer Sway Control. The XLT adds a Reverse Sensing System and automatic high beams. At the top, the Lariat includes the Forward Sensing System, LED headlamps and fog lamps, and Intelligent Access with Push-Button Start.
